Returns, Refunds, & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of OuttaSite Marketing LLC.

Because we are a consulting business, as such, there are no refunds. What we will do is work with you to make sure we honor what we sell. As you know, nothing is guaranteed when it comes to getting more traffic to your site, getting more customers into your business, and making sales.

Our services are aimed at getting you more customers and more sales but whether you make any money from these services is beyond our control. That’s all based on what you are selling, your prices, and whether you put our information and practices into effect.

We guarantee that we will help your business to the best of our ability and will work with you to make you a more successful business. You must also do your part and honor the agreements we put into our contracts.

You also understand that once an agreement has been terminated we are not obligated to render our services to you any longer.

We hope that you are successful with our services and we know it is a privilege to work with you but please understand, like your business, we are in the business to make a profit and work hard at what we do. If you believe the services we offer are not in your best interests, you have the right to not sign any contracts and/or terminate your existing contract if you are not getting the business you hoped for.


You can cancel your agreement/subscription to our services at any time. Please note that you must cancel your agreement/subscription to our services before it renews  for a subsequent month in order to avoid being charged for the next month’s agreement/ subscription fee. If you do cancel your agreement/subscription with us, the cancellation will become effective on the date of cancellation.

Please note, all software used during the time of the agreement/subscription will also be terminated unless you agree to buy the software for yourself at a price we set at the time of the agreement/subscription.

Also, all maintenance plans will be terminated at the time of your cancellation and will stop working unless you agree to repurchase a monthly plan.


Refunds will not be provided for any agreement/subscription. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for agreement/subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month. In those circumstances, your agreement/subscription will end on the date in which you agree to.

Press Releases are not entitled to refunds once paid for. When you order, you agree to pay in advance and they will be delivered on the date you specify.
